About this status page
How to read the board, what we track, and what to try before assuming Buzzio is down.
Overview
This is the public Buzzio service status board. We use it when something is wrong with Buzzio itself — messaging, calls, shared rooms, Stories, Whisper, sign-in, push, or public web surfaces — and when it is fixed.
How to read overall status

When we post an incident
We aim to post when a problem is wider than one user or one device. Each post includes what is affected, approx start time, what we know / are doing, and when it was resolved.
We usually do not post for isolated account bugs, store billing questions, or abuse reports.
Quick checks
- Update Buzzio to the latest version.
- Confirm internet (try Wi‑Fi and mobile data).
- Force-close and reopen the app.
- Check notification permission and in-app mute settings.
- Try another surface (Chat vs Channels / Stories).
- If sign-in fails, use Buzzio ID + 12-word phrase (not phone OTP).
- Ask whether peers on other networks see the same failure.
- Check this status page, then the Forum.
Reliability notes
- Sealed private chat is a relay, not a permanent cloud inbox — brief delays can happen while devices are offline.
- Shared surfaces need online service availability by nature.
- Partner-only features (GIF search, optional wallet APIs) may fail without Buzzio chat being down.
- Vendor outages (Firebase / FCM / Cloudflare / Bunny) can look like Buzzio is down — see Subprocessors.
